Kea custom hooks

Kea custom hooks provide a set of tools and Kea hooks to integrate the Kea DHCP server into the FeM infrastructure, especially into the AdminDB.

The project ist divided into multiple components, which can be either Kea hooks or standalone programs which interact with running Kea hooks or the data they generate.
